Tell us which route and which part of the line
An equipment inquiry is easier to review when it identifies the chosen operating route, the proposed site and the mechanical interfaces in question. Use the project enquiry form to send your country, animal mix and requirements. Company, phone, capacity and operating route are optional. Email drawings or equipment photographs to [email protected].
| Information | What to include |
|---|---|
| Facility | Country/locality, new build or upgrade, building drawing and clear height. |
| Animals | Sheep/goat mix, intended size range and supply pattern. |
| Route | Halal certifier/market or conventional veterinary/welfare review; method decisions still outstanding. |
| Operating requirement | Owner’s intended work pattern and product destination, as inputs to assess rather than published equipment performance. |
| Equipment scope | Work positions, dehider, rails/transfers, retained machinery and measured connection points. |
| Local scope | Utilities, hygiene, wastewater, civil work, refrigeration and installation responsibilities. |
For a halal project
Name the appointed certification body and clarify destination-market recognition. Identify questions about the slaughter method, any proposed reversible stunning, personnel, premises/tools separation and evidence. A proposal should state those assumptions until the relevant parties determine them.
For a conventional project
Identify the competent veterinary/welfare reviewers and the intended method. Record required handling and stunning checks, death verification, inspection and held-product movement. Conventional machinery selection does not remove those operating obligations.
For an upgrade
Attach photographs and measurements of retained equipment and rail connections. State the section to be changed and the limitation to investigate. Agree how the existing approved operating scope will be reviewed if equipment or method changes.
