Sheep slaughter equipment and rail-transfer references

Compare a hydraulic sheep dehider brochure image and rail-transfer installation photograph with your sheep/goat equipment and site inputs.

Compare sheep dehiding and rail-transfer equipment with the interfaces required by your own plant.

From a brief to equipment scope and handover checks

  1. Brief. Select a separate halal or non-halal conventional route and describe the sheep/goat range, preparation tasks and intended product outlet. Treat the pictured equipment as a comparison aid; it does not identify a site's approved slaughter route.
  2. Scope. Measure the hanging arrangement, dehider receiving position, operator access and rail outlet. Define which mechanical interfaces belong in the equipment quotation, with building supports, cleaning services and refrigeration responsibilities stated separately.
  3. Handover preparation. Agree the selected arrangement, technical drawings, installation duties and checks against the purchase scope. Record route-specific review responsibilities before ordering; a shared downstream equipment concept does not authorize shared halal and non-halal premises or tools.

For a Southeast Asian or Central Asian facility, review the intended route with the local authorities before final equipment selection. Use the country guides to prepare veterinary, site, environmental and any halal questions relevant to your project.
