Answers for equipment and route planning
Are the halal and non-halal lines separate?
Yes. This site gives them separate full-route pages and project briefs. The country rules, appointed certifier and local competent teams must determine method, premises/tool separation and records before equipment selection.
Does the equipment come with a halal certificate?
The equipment pages do not claim a machine or complete-line halal certificate. Facility and product certification are decisions of the recognized certification body for its approved scope.
Is reversible stunning accepted everywhere?
No universal permission is given here. Any proposed reversible stunning requires species-, method- and destination-specific confirmation from the appointed certifier and local competent authority.
Can the same equipment process sheep and goats?
Suitability must be reviewed against the proposed animal-size range, handling, manual preparation and dehider arrangement. A sheep equipment photograph alone does not establish that every goat configuration is suitable.
What is the full equipment sequence?
The process groups seven stages: slaughter/hoisting/bleeding; horizontal pre-skinning; head/body preparation; dehiding; rehanging/evisceration; veterinary inspection/trimming; rail transfer/chilling interface. Receiving and method checks are planned before the first group.
Does a chilling-transfer rail include refrigeration?
The rail photograph shows mechanical transfer equipment. Cold-room arrangement, refrigeration and controls require a separate scope unless they are specifically included in the project agreement.
What capacity or price should we choose?
Provide your intended operating pattern and animal/product requirements as inputs to assess. This site gives no invented throughput or price. Ask for a proposal with assumptions, equipment schedule and local-work/cold-chain boundaries.
Can a conventional line become halal by changing shifts?
Do not assume that a different shift or cleaning procedure is sufficient. Country and certifier rules may require physical separation of locations, premises and tools; obtain their determination before proposing a shared operation.
What should I send first?
Country/locality, new build or upgrade, chosen route, animal mix, building plan, retained equipment and available utilities. For halal, name the appointed certification body and destination market.
